Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills and lathes, to produce precision parts.
  • Program CNC machines using G-code and M-code, as well as modify existing programs to optimize performance.
  • Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to determine specifications and tolerances.
  • Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for machining processes.
  • Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in machining or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of CNC programming and operation.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical documents and schematics.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.

CNC Operator
Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to operate and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to perform various tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to interpret blueprints and CAD files to produce precise parts. This role is critical for maintaining high production quality and efficiency while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC Machines: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to perform tasks according to specifications, including cutting, drilling, and shaping metal or plastic parts.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Analyze blueprints, CAD designs, and technical drawings to understand project requirements and determine machine settings.
  • Prepare and Load Materials: Load raw materials into CNC machines, secure them properly, and configure machines for optimal performance.
  • Monitor Production: Oversee machine operations to ensure parts are produced accurately; make adjustments as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Inspect Finished Products: Perform quality checks on completed parts, using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance on CNC machines, including cleaning and inspecting parts to ensure equipment is in safe working order.
